Kia ora koutou,
Here is the revised Cyclone Gabrielle 2023 Regional Recovery Plan for Northland | Te Mahere Whakaoranga mō Te Tai Tokerau.
[Apologies for sending this again – we discovered some proofreading errors in the version sent on Friday afternoon/Sat morning, and I’d rather you had the right version. If you’ve already printed or saved the other version, please replace it with this one.]
Please feel free to distribute this widely to your staff, colleagues, stakeholders, clients, friends, and whānau – this Regional Plan has contributions from more than 300 people across Te Tai Tokerau, so I’m keen that it gets back out into those communities!
Again, this Recovery Plan contains a few things we’re excited about, including:
- diverse community voices are woven throughout the Plan
- joined-up collective actions by the rural sector
- commitments from Lifelines utilities / critical infrastructure for not only Recovery mahi, but also future resilience.
Thank you again to everyone who has assisted with this plan, and for all that you’re doing to support Recovery across Tai Tokerau.
Ngā mihi
